I offer workshops and trainings for early childhood educators, parents and other caregivers who want to build skills in talking about race with young children and shift their practice towards liberation-based pedagogy.

How do we move beyond conflict resolution into conflict transformation? Where do we begin when conflict has ruptured relationship at home, in community, in your organizing circles, in your classroom? How does structural and interpersonal oppression play a role in conflict and harm? How do we build structures to support healthy conflict before it festers? How does abolitionism inform how we build culture around conflict?

I hold these questions in my conflict transformation work with people in relationships, groups and communities of many kinds.
